Status 400 "bad request" occurs logging in to Domino using SPNEGO07.03.2012 09:06
Attempts to connect to a Domino server over HTTP result in a status 400 error "Bad request" for some users who are authenticating to Domino through SPNEGO. When a web user connects to Domino, the browser sends an HTTP header with the SPNEGO login information in a Kerberos token. Domino reads the information and uses it to authenticate the user with Active Directory, and then it sets an LTPA token for the user, providing authentication with Domino. However, if the HTTP header is longer that 16KB, this will fail, resulting in a status 400 error. This is because Domino has a default HTTP header size limit of 16KB (16,384 bytes)...

A phishing attacker sends an email with a link purporting to be to your website. It begins with your domain name, but employs the &redirectto argument to actually steer the user to their site if they click the link.This feature is used legitimately to create authentication pages that on logout, redirect the user to another page onsite that doesn't require authentication. But for some high-security sites, the functionality may be problematic. We are not giving a specific example here on the theory that one should avoid giving instructions on how to attack server security...

Es gibt tatsächlich eine wenig bekannte Möglichkeit. IBM aktualisiert die Feiertage bei neuen Versionen des Temples (PUBNAMES.NTF), doch diese werden beim Update des Domino Servers nicht aktualisiert (es erfolgt lediglich ein Design-Update der NAMES.NSF)...
